Great Car!

Im very happy with my 2017 GLI Manual. It feels solid, handles great, has plenty of power and is very refined. I love driving it and would make the same choice if I had it to do again. Fuel economy is better than expected. I cant speak to the reliability, but build quality is great! - 5.0

Pleasant Surprise

Previous 4 cars were European luxury performance cars so I was hesitant to buy the Jetta. But the GLI model comes close for much less money. I have not had one issue in 6 months of ownership. It is well constructed, solid, full of standard features that many compacts do not include and has a great deal of both interior (5 passenger) and trunk space (15.7 cubic feet). I never thought Id purchase a 4 cylinder car, BUT........the car is both nimble and quick (not fast - but zippy). It returns 36 MPG on the highway (more than rated) and Im averaging 30+ MPG (overall) since purchasing in July of 2017. To top it off, it is FUN to drive. I am pleasantly surprised with the car - one of our best purchases - ever.
