Randy has been my service rep and is great at staying in communication with me. My service issue remains unresolved, however, and has been ongoing since early March. I am awaiting yet another part to address functionality problems with my steering controls. Personal service has been great, but after way too many trips and three months, I am unimpressed with my overall experience.

Our purchasing experience was great because our sales person, Carter Ellis, answered all our questions, intentionally listened to our concerns, and presented us with options that we wanted for our family. Carter also got us a wonderful deal for our trade in which we were able to apply to our new loan. This process was pretty smooth and we were in a new car within three hours! Cheyenne was also very helpful, she ensured that we understood our finances for the new loan and helped with deals from our service advisor. She made sure that we received additional savings from our Costco membership. This is our third Volkswagen vehicle and we always have an amazing experience!
