My car had broken down and I called the service center in a moment of desperation. I was able to get it started back up but was worried if I turned it off, it may not turn back on again, which would require a tow. When I called in, Alexander picked up the phone and he was really kind and listened to what was going on and heard me that I was hoping to be able to just drop it off somewhere to get the process started, worried that I would need to have it towed if I needed to wait to bring it in. Alexander told me to bring the car right in and I understood that the diagnosis may not happen that same day, but at least that would save me the tow. Not only was Alexander kind, but he was thoughtful of my safety in driving the car over, ensuring I was taking streets instead of the highway. From the time that I got in until the repairs were complete, Alexander was kind, personable, honest, and very communicative every step of the way. From the time of diagnosis, the repairs were also completed very quickly which was amazing!!!

I went in for an oil change and was told I also needed a new battery. Interestingly enough, I had gotten a new battery from AAA on July 1. AAA did a check of the battery and said it was fine. They also provided me with the battery test results.

Compared to the first time, there were mistakes made that cost me time which in my world is equal to money the service is great but ordering the wrong part that cost a week to figure out just to have the part I needed in stock the whole time could of saved me a day of vacation time and time away from my other jobs which cost me money the people are nice the counter help is great and the job was done quick and painless nothing wrong there but the part thing is what sticks out
