I didn’t buy my car from this location but I wish I had! The customer service here is unmatched!! Frank is an amazing manager! Special thanks to every person I’ve had an encounter with there!! Special thanks to Chris, Joe, Steve, just everyone!! The guys in the back doing the work as well! They are always ready to assist. They are very informative and I appreciate them all for taking time to explain car related questions. This is the best Volkswagen in Arizona!

I've told the service department of my brakes being so embarrassing loud and rubbing and grinding. The answer I recieve is that's Volkswagen brakes. I will never buy and would've never bought a Volkswagen had I known this was normal. Terrible. No one would buy a car if they knew the brakes were this loud.
