My splash undercarriage splash guard was not place correctly and making all kinds of noise. So upset. I had even asked them to make sure all bolts and screws were placed appropriately to avoid the flapping. My car made no noise.

After receiving all green on the 25 point inspection and the comment that no service was needed, you proceeded with the $202 service anyway and supposedly an oil & filter change (eventhough no service was needed). There was no sticker on my car stating the oil change was complete with the date and mileage. Also, my car still has the alert that an oil change and service are due. It was supposed to be the 60K mile inspection and service. Parts were also supposedly installed, eventhough no service was needed to the total tune of $463. This was absolute robbery and scam behavior.

Kevin was absolutely amazing to work with. Can’t wait to refer him to all my friends. He made the whole process extremely easy.
