Overall purchasing experience was great - staff were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, particularly Tyler our Salesman. He did not try to oversell, listened to what we were looking for, answered our questions/concerns, follow-up phone calls, and great to work with. Carter was a great salesman. The fact that he himself is also a GTI owner and was very Knowledgeable about the vehicle helped me feel more comfortable about my purchase. Often when you go to a dealership, the salesman don’t even drive the vehicles they’re selling. The fact that Carter stands behind the product that much speaks volumes.
