I am enjoying my VW Tiguan it has so many wonderful features. I am impressed. I find it fascinating the way it drives and alerts me of oncoming traffic. Thank you Kevin, Steven, and Luis for getting me into this lovely vehicle.

My sales guy Jordan was great! Was flexible with finding me the best possible deal as a first time car buyer. Luis took care of me in financing and laid everything out for me clearly. We all know dealers have their own intentions and systematic methods, but regardless the guys I worked with were good dudes.

In June of this year, I took my leased vehicle in for its five thousand mile oil change. Got good service in and out, very satisfied. Then a few months later the engine symbol came on so I took it in. They checked it out and said they reset it.Everything was fine. I recently got a letter from Volkswagen, telling me it was time for me to take my car. In for a 10,000 mile, check up, so I schedule An appointment took it in and I was told that I didn't need to have anything done because I just had it in in june for an old change and they checked everything out and everything was fine. This was last week on a tuesday and over the weekend, the engine symbol showed up again so I took it in to get it checked out. I wanted to find out that they had to replace whatever it was that was creating the symbol to come on. I don't know why if it was then to be checked out for the 10,000 miles why? They couldn't have put it on some type of scope and found out that was wrong instead of me have to go back three days later and set for 2 hours for that part to be replaced. The service department are great people, very nice, very friendly.Just didn't understand why I would have had to go back a few days after I already took it in to have it checked out.

My service advisor, Chris Parker, is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to customers. He is able to quickly look through my car’s service records to propose the potential root cause of the issue. when it comes down to it, I just trust Chris.
