Generally, I would select a 5 star rating, however, I selected 4 stars. While the service was on point, I get frustrated that I documented a screen shot of an ongoing issue with an Engine Light that continues to taunt me. I discussed with the Advisor, however, since it was not "currently" illuminated, the recommendation was to come back when its illuminating. Of course, as I was on my way home from the dealership, the light displayed again, and I just proceeded home.

Recently I had a starter problem and I arrived without an appointment. The service advisor Randy was able to get my car in for service. I didn’t have to wait all day. I feel like this place has the best mechanics overall. Being a VW owner Camelback VW is my go to dealership for service.

Tyler was great to work with from start to finish. I never felt pressured to make a decision by him, and never felt like I was being swindled like other car dealerships do. Overall I had a 5/5 experience and feel that I got a good deal thanks to Tyler. He gave me several options of vehicles with different packages & varied pricing - I never felt like he was trying to sway me towards one over another, especially the more expensive ones. He knew his stuff on the vehicle specs and I also really liked that he owned an Atlas Cross Sport himself, so he could provide the perspective of an owner as well.

I love how easy Camelback VW makes it to service our 2 VW's! Easy appointments, friendly service and each time, I leave feeling like my VW is the most important car in the world! (it IS!!)
