Tyler and Paul worked diligently with Mercedes to get them take my lease in on trade and got me a lower payoff amount than I expected while giving me more for my trade than fair trade value. It didn't feel like a typical car buying experience but rather a laid back just hanging out with friends type of experience. I'll definitely be sending my family and friends to Camelback VW if they're ever in the market for a VW.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Camelback Volkswagen. I chose this dealership for its convenience, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met. Not only did they fail to perform a basic tire rotation that I paid for, but I now question the thoroughness of their service on my vehicle. If such a simple task was overlooked, it raises concerns about more complex maintenance. Joe promptly issued a refund for the tire rotation, which I appreciate. However, I’m left wondering how many other customers might have unknowingly paid for services not rendered. When I returned the next day due to an engine oil alert, it was concerning that topping off the oil was overlooked despite my request and the service they were performing. Overall, this experience has undermined my trust in Camelback Volkswagen. Moving forward, I will need to consider alternative service centers like Avondale or Scottsdale. It’s crucial for Volkswagen of America and Camelback Volkswagen to ensure that every service they charge for is performed correctly and thoroughly.
