    The Assistant Service Mangers need more training. They need to understand the importance of customer service. It doesn't matter if the customer is there for service or inquiry. Just simple engagement and greet it's so hard for the Assistant Service Managers to do. I was there for oil change. I was standing and waiting for someone to acknowledge me, especially Bo, the Assistant Service Manager. I even texted him after the service was done about the tire rotation issue, he did not reply or even call me. I am not coming back to the dealership or recommend it to anyone.

    Things done right: very nice telephone manner and help, able to drop car off and leave key because they couldn't look at it til next day. Customer service was wonderful. Appreciate the responsiveness to get the car looked at as soon as possible.

    Alex was very helpful and friendly! Honestly I've had weird customer service experiences with the other guys that have worked there since I got my car with you guys and this was the first time I felt like someone was happy to help me! So thank you Alex!

    My service advisor was good and knowledgeable, the service dept policies are lacking. I dropped my vehicle off and was provided a Lyft ride to my place of employment, I did not know until I had arrived that only one trip was provided per customer. When it was time to pick my vehicle up, I asked for transportation and was informed that only one way was paid. With a shop labor rate of $160 per hour and no dedicated shuttle it is a disservice to have people pay to come pick their vehicles up on top of these inflated labor rates. There are other dealerships that offer customer shuttles and or transportation both ways. I will not send additional business to this dealership “the way you do one thing is the way you do everything” if we are cutting corners here, what does that say about the service department in general?
