The first time working with "Mark" and he was pumping through all the customers. He was honest, quick, and very kind. I have chosen to go to Camelback VW bc of their honesty. It is way out of my way but i would prefer to drive/sit/wait then go to the closer VW location nearest my house with a ton of "salesmen" in their service department.

All good. Alexander was awesome. Minor bump as needed a new tire but somehow it was not put on and had to go back. It was Saturday, it is not like I had a lot going on. Just make sure our service folks are fully engaged. I do not think the place was busy at all. Again, service person Alexander great. Also he promised me a free oil change next time. Just want to make this on record.
