    I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with this VW dealership was extremely disappointing. I went in over the weekend for a routine oil change and maintenance. Two day after the service, my check engine light came on — something that had never happened before. Five days later, my battery died completely. When I went to Walmart to get a new battery, I was told that the battery in my car was not from Walmart but a VW/Audi battery. That was a big red flag, because I had never authorized or been informed of any battery replacement during the service. Now I’m left wondering what really happened to my car during that visit. It feels like something was changed or tampered with without my consent, and it has caused me more problems instead of solving any. I expected much better from an official dealership and trusted them to treat my vehicle properly. Unfortunately, this experience has broken that trust. I won’t be returning.
