My experience was very negative. From the moment I walked in, the service associate was in a bad mood. He didn't great me and he was grumpy. He gave me the impression he didn't want to be there. I dropped the vehicle off at 7 am and I wasn't notified until after 11 am of what work needed to be done. Then, I was told it would be finished that day or at the beginning of the next day. I asked if I could get a loner vehicle as I need my vehicle for work and I was told they were out of loners. The next day he texted me (he didn't call me) and told me that it would be 11 at the earliest. I get there at 11 and the vehicle was not ready until 12. This was a very disappointing experience and I am considering taking my vehicle to another dealership for future service.
