    I am closer to the Tempe VW but I only went there once. The customer service between the two are night and day. The staff at Phx is incredibly helpful, cordial and informative. Also for a woman is important to be heard and they check all the boxes!

    I was told that the entire experience would take 45 minutes. We had picked my car virtually and I had sent in preliminary information. When I arrived, I found out that my car was at Peoria VW and someone had to go get it. Then, I sat for almost 2.5 hours before I was finally seen by finance. I took off from work this day early to be at my appointment on time by 3:30pm. I had dinner plans that night which is why I set time at 3:30. At 6pm, I stated I was leaving. Car still wasn't even at Camelback VW so I hadn't even physically seen it yet. And Finance finally asked me to sit and it would take 30-45 minutes. I left. Sales GM stopped me and asked if we could finalize that night at my home. They would deliver car and deliver the docs to sign. I agreed About 1.5 hours later, they arrived at my house. It was dark so made it difficult to inspect car. There are two spots on it that I texted my sales person about the very next morning when I could see better. Also, I have an airbag error that has been present since I first received car. This has been a terrible experience. This is my second time buying new from Camelback VW. I likely will not be back based on this experience. Also, I was promised a reimbursement for my Lyft home (I traded in my 2019 Jetta). Have not received that reimbursement, even though I sent in receipt.
