When initiating our construction project, we had one thing in mind - to improve the level of service we deliver to our customers. Now, thanks to the many changes we've implemented, we're sure that you'll have an enriched experience every time you bring your car in for maintenance.

Our new facility is the biggest, and currently the newest, VW service center in the Phoenix metro area, covering 53,364 square feet. The space has been outfitted with new equipment, from tire machines to diagnostic devices, and we've also boosted our number of mechanic bays up to 30, which means we're capable of working on more cars at once, so you can expect faster turnaround times. Additionally, the new service facility is accompanied by a thoroughly revamped 12,000-square-foot parts department, new car wash and updated customer lounge, where you can wait in comfort while your vehicle is being worked on.

Camelback VW continues to offer one of the only auto repair centers in the Valley that is staffed with Volkswagen trained technicians and we provide a full range of auto repair and maintenance services, including: tire replacement, tire rotation and alignment, oil changes, belt replacements, engine and transmission repairs, A/C service and much more. We also still offer free Wi-Fi, refreshments, television and a comfortable seating area, but now in a more contemporary and attractive environment.
