There are few festivals that literally turn the sky into a giant work of art, but the Cave Creek Balloon Fest manages to do so in a big way. Colorful air balloons take over the sky, along with other unique floats and fireworks, all of which make for a really spectacular show.

New This Year

  • All food and beverage purchases are now cash only. With no more script, this means faster service.
  • There’s a new separate entrance for VIP and prepaid ticket holders to help minimize lines and reduce wait times.
  • The Kids Zone is now in a new and larger area, which equates to more fun for the kiddos.
  • Watch awesome bands from a designated lawn viewing area (low profile lawn chairs requested or bring blankets!).

Balloon Start Time
The balloons will start to be inflated at 7:30 p.m. Typically, they glow and float for about an hour and a half.

Live Entertainment
This year, the Cave Creek Balloon Festival is headlined by none other than Harry Luge. He’ll be taking the stage from 8:15 p.m. to 10 p.m. following several other acts, including Anglim Sisters and Madison Homes.

Other Balloon Festival entertainment includes face painting, inflatables, Zorb balls, free balloon twisting and more!
