If you’re a typography enthusiast, you may have heard that Volkswagen recently unveiled a new typeface for its Das Auto logo. The previous font, a version of Futura known as VW Utopia (and VW Headline), has had a very long career. It was first featured in a 1960s ad created by the advertising agency Doyle Dane Bernbach (DDB). Now Volkswagen has introduced a new font that it says is “more contemporary, less geometric, and features dynamic contrast.”

Soon Car-Net enabled Volkswagens will offer Apple Watch integration, giving owners the ability to control remote vehicle functions via their wrists! Volkswagen recently unveiled its C Coupe GTE Concept at the 2015 Shanghai Auto Show and sources are saying that a version of it could go into production in America. The four-door would slot between the Passat and Phaeton, and we think its sleek coupe-like styling and smart plug-in hybrid efficiency would win over U.S. shoppers.

If you've ever dabbled in creating a stop-motion video, you probably know how difficult and time consuming they are to make. Even a simple 30-second stop-motion clay animation can take quite a while, so doing one that shows an entire vehicle being wrapped sounds like quite a feat.
